This policy explains what personal information Cave of Creatives collects through caveofcreatives.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Cave of Creatives (“we”, “us”) is a creative studio based in India. For privacy questions and complaints, contact our team at studio@caveofcreatives.com.
What we collect
- Free sample requests: your name, work email, brand website, what you sell, your monthly ad spend range and any notes you add.
- Call bookings: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and booking answers on our behalf. Calendly’s own privacy policy also applies.
- Emails: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps server logs such as IP addresses and browser types to keep the site secure. Our site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress only sets cookies for people logged in to manage the site. Because we don’t track visitors across websites, we don’t respond differently to browsers’ Do Not Track signals.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare your free sample ad and arrange calls. We do this because you asked us to, as a step before a possible contract.
- To send proposals, invoices and project updates if you become a client, to perform our contract with you.
- To keep the website secure, which is our legitimate interest.
We never sell your information, and we only send marketing emails if you agree to receive them.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data for us: Hostinger (website hosting and email), Calendly (call scheduling), Google (website fonts), QUIC.cloud (image optimisation and content delivery), and Payoneer and PayPal (invoices and payments). Each may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, for data from the UK, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Requests that don’t lead to work together: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave. Email: studio@caveofcreatives.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We’ll update this page and its date when this policy changes.
